Before you book
Which disciplines does Kerova cover?
Fire alarm (BS 5839-1), intruder alarm (PD 6662 / BS EN 50131), emergency lighting (BS 5266-1), portable fire extinguishers (BS 5306-3), CCTV (BS EN 62676-4) and access control (BS EN 60839-11-1). Each has its own purpose-built certificate and test register — not one generic form stretched six ways.
Does it work on site without signal?
Yes. The app is built offline-first: engineers fill in certificates on their phone or tablet with no connection, and everything syncs once they're back in range. Photos taken with no signal are queued on the phone and upload later; only document uploads and 360° room photos need a connection.
How do clients see their certificates?
Through an invite-only client portal. Each client sees only their own sites, with live compliant / due soon / overdue status, downloadable certificates and compliance packs, remote sign-off and a fault-reporting form that lands straight in your job queue.
Can a certificate be verified without logging in?
Yes. Every signed certificate carries a QR code and a public verification link. A fire officer, insurer or new site manager can check it's genuine and unaltered without an account.
